Applications’ qualifications
1.Those who have completed 12 years of formal schooling in their home or foreign countries
2. Those who have the guarantor who certainly bear the necessary tuition fee and living expense during studying in Japan and who can proof the process of asset formation by the passbook
3. Those who have taken Japanese class more than 150 hours or who are above the level of Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5
